The pandemic which has swept the nation since early 2020, COVID-19, has meant huge alterations to the way we all live and work. With drastic changes to everyday life through various lockdowns and new ways of doing everyday tasks from shopping to visiting a restaurant, cleaning has come to the forefront for all, including the team here at United Cleaning Solutions.

We have updated our processes and procedures considering the current COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the continued safety of our staff, our clients and their staff, and the general public. Staff have received training on the new policies and procedures which include:

COVID-19 Deep Clean Service Tutorials
A new Standard Operating Procedure on the use of Professional Chlorine Tablets to disinfect touch points
A Z-card for all staff to have with them at all times to inform and remind staff of the new procedures/protocols in place
An information poster for display in workplaces reminding staff and clients of the new procedures/protocols in place

We have also partnered with a specialist cleaning company to provide a COVID-19 deep clean service using fully trained, experienced, protected staff. Cleaning can be undertaken at any frequency required and includes:
